A tiny, dilapidated structure in Upper Marlboro, long identified as a former 1830's slave quarters, is about to receive a facelift based on archaeological investigation and a careful examination of the remaining structure, and it is set to be the centerpiece of a new subdivision of million-dollar-plus homes.
