A Living, Changing Source

Volunteerism in archaeological and paleontological digs has been steadily increasing in popularity over the years. Especially as the baby boomers enter their retirement years and as students and others seek fieldwork experience, more and more people will be looking for something unusual, exciting, and purposeful to do for that occasional "break" during the year.

My objective in writing this blog is to provide a living, changing source of information and dialog regarding archaeological dig opportunities, experiences, and discoveries that will continue to stimulate the student and volunteer alike. All of us want to be on the cutting edge of something big.......I hope you will join me in this adventure, and I am anxious to learn what you have to say and share, as well!
